1. About QUEST
QUEST is created and owned by Bojan Stanimirović. By creating an account or using QUEST, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your login details safe — you are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give QUEST a limited licence to store and display it only so the service can work. You must not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, dangerous or that infringes others' rights.
4. Real-life safety
Quests happen in real life. Take part responsibly and within your own limits. Do not create quests that encourage dangerous, illegal or harmful behaviour. You take part at your own risk.
5. Fair play
XP and achievements are awarded by the system's rules. Attempts to cheat, exploit bugs or manipulate rewards may lead to removed XP or a suspended account.
6. Moderation
Anyone can report content. Administrators may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The QUEST name, design, code, graphics, music and videos are the property of Bojan Stanimirović. All rights reserved. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without written permission.
8. Liability
QUEST is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under EU law.
9. Ending use
You can stop using QUEST and request deletion of your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable EU law.
